As the largest business technology event in the region, CeBIT Australia is a major media event, covered by general business and technology print and electronic media.

CeBIT Australia 2008 was attended by 475 media representatives all looking to the CeBIT Australia exhibitors for editorial stories for their publications and blogs.

Media representatives had access to a dedicated Media Lounge and Bloggerzone where internet, PCs and Laptops were provided, allowing media to file stories at the event. All exhibitors were given the opportunity to submit press releases which were displayed in the media lounge.
